Manufacturing

The manufacturing sector accounts for approximately 6% of the GDP. Liberia cannot, even by African standards, be called an industrialized nation. The availability of agro and mineral resources provides a viable base for growth and development. The Government of Liberia is highly committed to the development of the private sector in this industry.
